Shipping Information

We deliver to anywhere in the world from South Africa.

South Africa has been under lockdown for over two months due to COVID-19. Since there are limited flights, and now a backlog of post leaving SA, there will be shipping carrier delays. Unfortunately your package will not arrive on the original estimated date. I would therefore strongly suggest our courier option at an additional cost if you need your parcel by a certain date. If you are willing to wait, I will keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. We are also offering free eggshell bowls for orders over $200 and facial masks for orders under $200 if you are willing to wait for your order. We appreciate your patience during this time. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

If your purchase arrives broken, we will gladly replace it.

We do not refund the following:

1. Postage.

2. If your parcel gets lost due to not being collected on time.

3. If your parcel gets lost due to not responding to customs requests.

4. If you provide the incorrect delivery address.

5. If your parcel gets lost while once in the country of destination. You can however upgrade your parcel to be couriered and insured.
