We deliver anywhere in the world from South Africa.

We ship all parcels with FeDex or UPS. Parcels generally take about a week with FeDex or 3 weeks with UPS to arrive.

If your purchase arrives broken, we will gladly replace it.

Please note we do not refund the following:

1. Postage.

2. If your parcel gets lost due to not being collected on time.

3. If your parcel gets lost due to not responding to customs requests.

4. If you provide the incorrect delivery address.

5. If your parcel gets lost once in the country of destination.
