Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon returning it in good condition (with original packaging) we will refund you for the item, but postage and any customs duties will be at the buyer's expense.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please NOTIFY FEDEX IMMEDIATELY. It is best to open your parcel in front of Fedex when you receive it. Please send a photograph on the day of receipt and we will gladly replace it.
Please note all items have a 6 month warranty.
We do not refund the following:
1. Postage.
2. If your parcel gets lost due to not being collected on time.
3. If your parcel gets lost due to not responding to customs requests.
4. If you provide the incorrect delivery address.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT cover the costs of duties and tax in the recipient's country.
