Carefully carved to allow the warm glow of the light to spill out, the overall effect is simple, modern and elegant. Each ostrich eggshell is securely placed on a metal lamp stand – choose from matt black or white (at an additional cost). These lamps would suit elegant spaces, such as bedrooms, studies or even bathrooms. This lamp can also be made as a pendant upon request.

Metal Lamp stands are 180mm high.

Please note 15 Watt bulbs must be used with this lamp.

Mark is a designer from Dysselsdorp in the Western Cape. For 16 years Mark has been creating inspiring designs and carving them into ostrich egg shells. Taught by George Malgas, Mark has mastered the skill of using dentistry tools to delicately drill the beautiful imagery into the shells. He finds joy in seeing the end result of his work and the satisfaction from happy customers.
